Flow is the evolution of Eli Kai’s dream that began in 1999. His vision was to create an innovative way to bring clean, safe and cost saving locations that offer one-stop access to liquor, convenience and money services to every community. Eli began by purchasing his own locations and partnering with operators of neighborhood liquor & convenience stores throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The combined buying power of dozens of locations throughout the market offers customers better products at better prices. These stores have faithfully served their communities and have created hundreds of jobs.

Not content with simply continuing with business as usual, Eli dreamed of transforming the locations and giving back to the communities in which these stores serve. Neighborhood by neighborhood, Eli is remodeling every location into the FLOW brand, creating even more vibrant, thriving hubs where people can find a one-stop-shop for all their liquor, convenience, and money service needs. Neighborhood by neighborhood, FLOW will re-create all of the locations into cleaner, brighter, friendlier, and beautifully laid out stores. We will continue to offer the same tremendous selection of beer, wine, spirits, and delicious snacks, and now we’re equipped with dedicated and private financial centers at many of our locations, that are capable of providing a wide range of financial services.
